An In-bay Automatic Wash system is a system in which the customer drives the vehicle into the wash bay and parks. The In-bay Wash equipment moves over the vehicle to provide a variety of wash processes and options. The In-bay Automatic wash will normally wash 15-25 vehicles per hour, and is adjustable dependant on climatic requirements. The customer would complete the sales transaction at an auto-cashier like the eAccess system which accepts coins, tokens, bills, Credit card, Fleet card, and codes.

Most In-bay Automatics use 36 gpm @1000 PSI. From the formula we see this would be I=.0526 x 36 x sq1000, so Impact is 59 with this set-up. The standard High Pressure Contour HP is similar I=.0526 x 36 x sq1500 or 73.33 higher than most competitors. As far as High Impact Machines Ryko is the major proponent of that style in car Automatics and a Radius is I=.0526 x 70 x sq350, or 68.9. The Contour HP High Impact Automatic is I=.0526 x 90 x sq650, or 120.7 nearly twice the competition.
